Diane Meeks was born and raised right here in Circle, Montana — and after a chapter away, she came back home for good. Since joining Farmers Union Oil Company in 2021 as C-Store Director, Diane has transformed how the co-op's convenience store operates. She built a comprehensive training program, formal recognition program, and increased performance metrics.

Diane is deeply invested in her team's growth, never stopping in her pursuit of leadership development and technology innovation. She's passionate about bringing modern advancements into the store and has set her sights on expanding into a chain of co-op convenience stores across eastern Montana.
