 Lee is our Agronomy Manager and has been with the co-op for seven years. He holds a degree in finance and has grown within the organization from a general labor role into his current leadership position.  

 Jared is our Terry Plant Manager and has been with the co-op for six years. A Terry native, he takes pride in serving his community and can be found doing everything from delivering fuel to supporting day-to-day operations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his Springer Spaniel, Tuffy. 

 Mike is our Agronomist and has been with the co-op for eight years. Raised on his family farm, he holds an agriculture degree and is a Certified Crop Adviser (CCA). Mike is well known among growers for his knowledge, experience, and practical approach to agronomy 

 Darrel has been with the co-op for nine years and is a key part of our team. He supports a wide range of operations—from delivering fuel and propane to driving tanker and operating our fertilizer spreader. Having worked in nearly every role within the co-op, Darrel’s versatility and work ethic make him an invaluable asset.

 Nate has been with the co-op for two years and is growing into his role as an Agronomy Operator. Known for his positive attitude, Nate has already earned praise from growers for his skill in fertilizer application. His dedication and enthusiasm make him a valued member of the team.
